Make each day your masterpiece,

a single day is like a microcosm of our entire lives.

We can really only live one day at a time so wake up early and create the day you desire and

become a happier person because of it.

There are several methods for developing a Morning routine;

One well know one is the SAVERS routine from

The Miracle Morning for Entrepreneurs

  • Silence – spend a few minutes meditating
  • Affirmations – say positive things out loud or in your mind
  • Visualization – envision the best possible scenarios for your day
  • Exercise – get your blood pumping with fresh oxygen
  • Reading – a little each day will make a huge difference
  • Scribe – write down your thoughts

My morning ritual; first draft for 2021

  • Silence – wake up early and first 10 minutes of each day; pray out thankfulness and be grateful to God and the Universe
  • Affirmations – affirm 3 or 5 positive beliefs about yourself (you are strong, you are capable, you are loved)
  • Visualization – visualize your day succeeding or the tasks on your to-list going as planned or better
  • Exercise – run for 20min, complete 100 pushups, 20 gravity boot sit-ups, 20 pull-ups. stretch or yoga for 30min+
  • Reading – read a spiritual book for 10-20minutes, this makes a huge difference in you mindset
  • Scribe – write in a journal for any amount of time, could only be one sentence

After all the above is completed I review my

to-do list

(written the night before)

Other things i normally consider;

Daily care and attention to;

  • Thinking
  • Recovery
  • Nutrition
  • Sleep
  • Mindset
